We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was just a quick 10-minute walk to the Ayala MRT Station, making it super easy for us to explore the vibrant Makati nightlife. The kids loved the spacious Executive Queen Room, perfect for our large family with the grandkids.

The hotel has easy access to the vibrant nightlife of P. Burgos Street. My room, the Executive Queen Room, came with a balcony that I appreciated. Staff members were incredibly helpful. they were always ready to assist. However, the showerhead was ineffective, making it hard to enjoy a proper shower. Wi-Fi? Terrible, especially if you need it for work. The room itself, although spacious, felt outdated. The furniture looked aged, and there weren't enough power outlets near the bed—just at the desk. I had to remind the receptionist about my Welcome Gift as a Diamond Select BW member, which felt a bit overlooked. Breakfast had an impressive variety, but the cleanliness in room maintenance left much to be desired. I did notice the carpets were in poor condition, which was off-putting. Overall, the location is great for those looking for nightlife but expect to manage your expectations regarding room quality and amenities.
